Oral Presentation
- Presenters are requested to prepare a video recording of their PowerPoint presentation in MP4 format. We accept videos that are prepared using the Webex platform ONLY because of its superior quality and editing features. Please use the 13th AFAF virtual background for video recording. The virtual backgrounds are available for download on this page after March 31, 2022. Videos should be no longer than 10 minutes. Videos exceeding 10 mins are subject to editing by the organizers without notice.
- Use widescreen size PowerPoint slides with an aspect ratio of 16:9. Please upload your video through the online submission system. Deadline to upload your oral presentation video: April 23, 2022. [Please note that if the presentation video files are NOT uploaded before the deadline, your presentation will be rejected and the registration fee will not be refunded.]
- The presenters are requested to check the login, audio, and visual settings prior to the session and remain logged in during the presentation.
- During the presentation, the Chairperson will announce the speaker's name and title and then our staff will display the video of each presenter. Once the video stops, the Chairperson will handle a 3-min Q&A for each presentation.
- If the presenters are not logged in during the presentation and Q&A, the Chairperson will move on to the next presenter after the video presentation is finished. Therefore, we request the presenters to be active in order to make the forum interactive.

Before submitting the video file, participants SHOULD check for the video time limit (not exceeding 10 mins), resolution and audio clarity.
